Signature issue

The error is very specific and it is basically telling you that while you user are telling me server that you are from /Domain when I verify the keys that you have in your certificate the are not coming from the same /Domain I am from.

What you need to verify is the following.

Open the user id (example id properties in admin client)
Navigate to Your identity-Your certificate
Locate the /Domain entry in the user certificate table. Grab the Primary key of the /Domain entry
Compare this entry with one of the users that works or the server id. (the user that work or the server id will also have an entry for /Domain)

Most likely the two do not match. This would mean that the /Domain id you are using to create the new users or recertify them was recreated at some point hence generating new keys that do not match the current env.
